Thanks for your interest in The Owl Barn Holiday Cottage. Our prices are based upon weekly bookings, from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks (min 3 night stays) are also available at selected times of the year.

The Owl Barn Holiday Cottage is available from 3:30pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Regrettably, we cannot allow pets at the holiday cottages.


Deposit & Payment Terms
When you book you should pay the deposit amount then due which is a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week. Payment can be made either by cheque, bank transfer (BACS) or cash.

The balance must then be received by us no less than 10 weeks before the start of your arrangements. However, if you book less than 10 weeks before the start of your arrangements, full payment of the total cost must be paid at the time of booking.

For any arrangements booked less than 2 weeks before arrival your booking must be paid for by bank transfer, at the time of booking.

If any payment due in relation to your booking is not paid by the appropriate date, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date.
